In 2022, Isaiah House provided treatment for residents of 115 of Kentucky’s 120 counties with over 3,600 admissions. Approximately 90% of clients have incomes less than 138% of the federal poverty level with about 50% homeless with no income by the time they arrive for treatment. With a more reliable source of revenue, Isaiah House was able to expand services for men and women and now operates seven residential treatment facilities, three outpatient clinics, and numerous sober living homes.
